We make sure that all our DEI goals are embedded in our Objectives, Key Results an KPIs structure.
✓ From live coding events to hackathons, we create and host events that combine creativity and code, making coding more appealing and accessible to newcomers.
✓ Our expert speakers have covered topics such as gender equity, anti-racism, and conflict resolution, fostering education and awareness.
✓ We have experience in hosting meetups for Women+, LGBTQIA+, People of Color, the Neurodiversity community, parents/carers and people who are new to code.
Around the Core Curriculum
✓ On-demand 1:1 learning support sessions with staff.
✓ Option to take up to 6 months off and “freeze” the curriculum
✓ Option to “freeze” the curriculum for periods of sick leave
✓ Optional 84 additional compensation days for students with caring responsibilities, health conditions, neurodiversity diagnoses, or disabilities.
Hands-on learning opportunities
✓ FabLab workshops: We offer workshops by and for female+ students to encourage hands-on learning.
✓ Discovery Piscines: We offer 1 week long introductory courses for female+ or high school students on demand.
Expanding our DEI initiatives through
✓ Sponsorships: We strengthen your network by sponsoring tickets and travel costs for Tech events, conferences, and hackathons, prioritising underrepresented communities.
